Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Products
Securely package your items in their original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals remain intact for hygiene reasons.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
